Valentines/Hearts-and-Hooves-Day Exchange?

Hey guys, i was thinking of maybe organizing a Valentines/Hearts and Hooves Day Exchange, with the basic concept of a good old secret santa, or in a Blind-Date-Concept where two people get asisgned to eachother and get to know each other while being not allowed to flat out ask what the other would like for a gift.
there’s 3 routes:

1. Digital Only
You receive your match and then make them something that can be sent digitally. Would work best for art, music, etc.

2. Exchanging cards
Digital + mail, those who are comfortable to give out their adress can do so and we mail each other hand drawn/crafted/etc cards. normal letters are relatively cheap even when you get partnered with someone all over the world!

3. the full package
Basically full on making/buying/etc a gift for your match. Either with adresses or we could try doing something via amazon/online giftlists.

So, anyone up for this? And if yes, which option would be your prefered one?
